Our Children Day Care Centres provide similar services as the Children’s Home: meals, education (such as after-school tutoring), and certain basic necessities. The main difference is that the children still live with their own families. This has two benefits:
- We’re able to serve more children than one of our Children’s Homes would be able to, because we don’t need to maintain living accommodations.
- Parents don’t fall into the trap of becoming overly dependent on us – they still have a responsibility to provide food and living accommodations for their families.
